At the Foundation Level, Access is applied through energetic access to various points (called bars) on the head, and through an energetic process to clear cellular memory throughout the whole body.

When energy circulates through the bars on the head, mental or emotional blocks and years of accumulated trauma, stress, thoughts, and belief systems that we have stored there are released and dissolved.

As these energy disturbances are cleared we are freed to live with fewer limitations and distress, and to more easily maintain health at all levels. Some of the bars which correspond to the various aspects of our lives include: Creativity; Money; Healing; Form and Structure; Aging; Peace and Calm; Hopes and Dreams; Control; Sadness and Joy; Body and Sexuality.

The cellular memory approach works in a similar manner, but focuses on stimulation of the energy flow through specific organs, glands and systems of the whole body.

At the Foundation level, Access feels similar to other energy therapy modalities and can create profound states of relaxation and feelings of well-being.

Kids come for free to all classes around the world, through age 15. Ages 16, 17 and 18 pay half price. No matter what age, everyone is included in Access and is considered a contribution to a greater possibility.

The following make up a suite of Core Classes. These can free you from unconsciousness and anti-consciousness to have a greater awareness about you and this reality. With great awareness, you can begin generating the life you always knew was possible and haven't yet attained. What else is possible?

A facilitator knows that you have all the answers to you and your life, though may not have access to them. The answers you have locked-away are most-of what keep you from being aware of any other possibilities or creating something different. That’s what Access Consciousness does: it restores you to the awareness of greater possibilities and more choice, for you and the creation of your life.

Each Access Facilitator is, themselves, facilitated by the founder of Access Consciousness, Gary Douglas and Dr. Dain Heer. The facilitator’s class is intense as each person is encouraged to see that creating great change in the world requires them to step-up to a level of potency and beingthat most people are unaware is even possible. Access facilitators are some of the bravest people in the world, for their willingness to destroy and uncreate their past and begin to have, 'what else is possible?'' as their future.
